11 Ways To Stay Healthy, Positive, and Productive During Quarantine
Come out of the quarantine better than ever with these tips
Probably all of you are aware of how fast the Coronavirus or COVID-19 is spreading the world and how it has affected our normal lives. I hope you stay safe and take all the necessary steps to avoid the virus, such as washing your hands regularly and keeping a physical or social distance. Do not stigmatize the issue rather take care and be kind.
Staying at home, all the time can be difficult and it can affect your health and productivity especially if you are used to being on the go. Take care of yourselves, for once in a while we all need a break.
Here are 11 ways that are helping me stay healthy, positive, and productive while in quarantine!
1. Exercise Regularly
Maybe gyms have closed where you live, but you got to be creative and find new ways to exercise without any equipment. Let me tell you, you can work out even if you do not have single exercise equipment. I have been doing it way before this Corona situation, try if you are into it!
2. Stay Hydrated
This quarantine made us less physically active. We got to make efforts to exercise at home and drink our daily water intake.
3. Eat A Balanced Diet
With the current situation, health is on our minds and we are all washing our hands frequently. Maintain a healthy weight. Make sure you eat a healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables as much as you can. These can help boost your immune system as they contain numerous vitamins and minerals that are required to support the normal functioning of the immune system.

4. Get Enough Sleep
Stick to your normal consistent sleep schedule and rest well. We are in a weird time where it feels like a holiday with all of us out of school and work but do not let that affect your bedtime.
5. Get Closer To Your Creator
As you have more time on your hands now, it is the perfect time to get closer to Allah (God). I started doing more good needs daily. I hope you find a good deed that you can do regularly.

6. Check Your Loved Ones
With all the negative news (brought by the Coronavirus) going on around the world, it is important to call or message your family and friends to check on how they are doing.
7. Designate a Work Spot
Choose a spot in your house that you only go to while working, somewhere you feel comfortable getting things done whether you are working from home or taking online classes at a time when everyone is at home.
8. Wear Cute Clothes While Working From Home
I have noticed that if I wear something that makes me feel cute around the house, I get so many more things done. Try what works for you!
9. Read Books
Now that you are locked in the house (for your safety), go read those books you have been wanting to read and learn new things.
10. Clean and Organize
When was the last time you organized your closet, desk, shelves, room, or house? Now that you have the time and anyways staying at home. Take advantage of the time. Use it wisely!
11. Learn Something New
In addition to keeping up with your classes online, you can learn a lot of new things at home. Come out of the quarantine with more knowledge and new skills.
